HR Management

This is an overall management of Personnel and Payroll system which covering both private and public sector. Is compatible with the Single Payments Authority.

Functions

  • On leave (Normal, Diseases) based on code file with automatic updates directly to the payroll database
  • Dynamic reporting with statistics (Pivot)
  • Web Portal on leave requests for approval
  • Keeps records of employment contracts (National Collective, Sect-oral, Special) in which they are printed (apart from the texts of the Contracts) and their financial data over time. These data can be used for the payroll
  • Payroll of the Private and Public Sector (Single Payments Authority), produces an accounting article, and digital files for third-party applications (Banks, Accounting, etc.)
